Welcome to our 'Matcha Up!' event, a unique workshop hosted in collaboration with Matchaya, Singapore's own gem in the world of Artisanal Matcha and Tea.
Join us at Drips Bakery Cafe in Tiong Bahru for an unforgettable morning of mingling and matcha exploration.
During this engaging 1 hour workshop, you'll be introduced to the basics of Matcha, including its fascinating history and cultural significance. Discover the myriad benefits of Matcha as a superfood, and then embark on a sensory journey through a Matcha tasting session featuring off the shelf green tea, drinking grade matcha, and ceremonial grade matcha.
But that's not all! Get hands-on with our DIY Matcha drink sensory exercise, where you'll have the chance to craft your own personalized Matcha creation.
